If you’re interested in touring an available space, please stop by the leasing office at 727 Fulton Street. We provide a self-showing, so you may view available spaces on your own.

A $20 key deposit will be charged for all self-showings, returned to you when the key is returned to the office.

To apply to rent any of these properties, please provide:

  • Application

    One completed and signed application for each person over 18 who will live at the address.

  • Application Fee

    $40 for each application (person over 18 who will live at the address). This fee is paid at the leasing office in cash.

  • Photo ID

    A photo ID for each application is required and will be copied.

  • Proof of Income

    One month’s worth of pay stubs is required for each applicant, as well as proof of hire date.
