Pet Policy
Permitted Animals:
In any rental, only two total pets are permitted. Not all pets are allowed in all properties. Please review these guidelines to determine if your pet will be allowed.
Apartments: Cats are permitted. Dogs and reptiles are not permitted at any time.
Single-family houses: Dogs and cats are permitted.
Other pets may be allowed at our discretion. You may inquire with the office.
No unregistered pets are allowed to be present.
Fees and Pet Rent:
The cost for each pet is a $200 fee, plus $20/month additional rent for each pet. Tenants also agree to be financially responsible for all damage their pet may cause.
Adding a Pet:
If you don’t have a pet when you sign your lease, we may allow a pet to be added later. You must at least have a current rental account, pay the applicable pet fees, and pass a unit inspection.
Pet-sitting Policy:
Tenants are not permitted to pet-sit without written consent. Consult with the office prior.
Any pet found on the premises without being registered will result in lease default.
Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals
A service or emotional support animal is not a pet, therefore, extra fees or rents do not apply. If you have a disability that requires a service animal or an emotional support animal, we will make reasonable accommodations to make housing available. It is necessary to register your animal with us as a service animal or an emotional support animal by providing a clear letter from a licensed physician, psychologist, or therapist that asserts that you have a disability and that the presence of the animal is necessary for the treatment or management of the disability.
